  • Corporate incentive trips are organized travel programs offered to employees or business partners as a reward for their performance or to motivate them to achieve certain goals. These trips are typically all-expenses-paid international experiences and can range from local day trips to excursions.

    The purpose of corporate incentive trips is to recognize and reward employees or business partners for their hard work, dedication, and success in achieving specific objectives or goals. By offering these trips, companies aim to motivate and incentivize their workforce to continue working towards achieving company goals.

    Corporate incentive trips can include a variety of activities such as sightseeing, team-building exercises, cultural experiences, adventure sports, and more!

  • I do not work with Airbnb, but I do book reputable and safe villas and private homes.

  • Most importantly, I want to get to know you, your story, what you want from this vacation, what you expect, and what is most important to YOU. As the first step in our process, I would like to schedule a quick call to follow up the trip questionnaire you were so kind to fill out online. Following our travel consultation call, I will begin crafting your personalized, customized travel proposals. You can expect to receive your proposals within 5-7 business days after our consultation call. You will receive several options that will be created specifically tailored to the information that we will discuss in our travel consultation call. These proposals will be a great place for us to start, but are not always the final product. After your initial review, we are available to answer questions and make adjustments as needed.

    My #1 goal is to save you time, alleviate all of your stress and anxiety related to travel, and present you with your BEST options based on your travel needs and wants.

  • I am looking to build a fantastic long-term partnership with you and plan a lifetime of vacations for you! To give you an idea what the process looks like, here are 5 simple steps to get started:

    Step 1: Client fills out the trip questionnaire so I can get a basic understanding for their trip needs. We can also schedule a call if that is my client’s preference

    Step 2: I follow up with a call or an email (client’s preference) to clarify missing information and to further discuss the desired vacation experience

    Step 3: Client commits to the planning process

    Step 4: Based on extensive knowledge, training, experience, and research I create a proposal and send it off to the client within 3-5 business days depending on how complex the itinerary is

    Step 5: We review the itinerary, make changes, and book the trip once the client is fully satisfied with the proposal

  • First, as your travel planner and agent I make sure all trip documents are in order and communicate passport and visa requirements to you, my client. Then, I send out trip reminders, so you’ll remember to pack essential items and check in 24 hours prior to your flight. I take care of necessary changes, rescheduling, upgrading and cancellations before and during the trip. I also check in once or twice during the trip to make sure everything is going smoothly as well as post trip to ensure all vacation goals are achieved. Then, we keep in touch and plan more trips!

    2. You have time to spend dozens of hours planning and organizing your itinerary

    3. Your priority is finding a deal vs getting the best possible vacation experience

    4. You are looking to use reward points

    5. You like nontraditional travel components such as AirBnb

    6. If none of these sound like you, you will likely appreciate working with an experienced travel planner!

  • My Travel CARE Fee (Travel Consultation And Research Expertise Fee) is customized per trip and it includes trip research and planning, booking and arranging all travel plans (including flights, accommodations, transportation, travel insurance, activities, etc), document preparation, communicating covid related country entry requirements, on trip support, trip cancellation and rescheduling and of course my time and expertise. The fee is nonrefundable and paid upfront before I start the trip planning and booking process. We can talk about all this during our travel consultation call!
